Excavator Selection & Specification FAQ
What is the operating weight range of Jinggong excavators?
Jinggong excavators range from 2.5 tonnes (JG30S) to 22.5 tonnes (JG230S). The full lineup includes mini (2.5–5t), compact (6–8t), medium (13–14t) and large (22t+) models in both wheel and crawler configurations.
What is the difference between L and S models?
“L” models are crawler-mounted, offering better stability and flotation on soft or uneven ground. “S” models are wheel-mounted, providing faster road travel speeds (up to 28 km/h) for quick transfer between jobsites.
Which engines are used in Jinggong excavators?
Depending on the model, Jinggong excavators are equipped with Laidong, Xinchai, Yuchai or Cummins engines. Larger models such as the JG150S, JG230L and JG230S use Cummins power for higher performance and export market preference.
Are full technical parameter sheets available?
Yes. Every model page includes detailed specifications such as operating weight, engine power, maximum dig depth, bucket capacity, transport dimensions, boom/arm length and walking speed. Final configuration should be confirmed with our technical team before order.
Can attachments be customized?
Yes. We support configuration discussion for buckets, grapples and other attachments based on your working conditions and material type. Please include attachment requirements when requesting a quotation.
How do I choose the right excavator size for my project?
Provide the intended application, preferred operating weight range, chassis preference (wheel or crawler), required dig depth or lifting capacity, attachment needs, quantity and destination country. Our team will recommend the most suitable model and prepare a clear factory quotation.
Do you support overseas buyers and distributors?
Yes. Jinggong works with equipment buyers, contractors and distributors worldwide. We provide factory-direct supply, technical parameter sheets, export packing and shipment coordination support.
How can I get a faster quotation?
For the fastest response, include the model or operating weight range, chassis preference (wheel/crawler), attachments, quantity and destination country when contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Excavator Pricing, MOQ and Shipping Questions
How do I get a current excavator factory price?
Send the model or tonnage, application, chassis, attachment, quantity, destination and delivery term. The quotation should identify the selected configuration and separate optional equipment or logistics where applicable.
What is the MOQ for wheel or crawler excavators?
MOQ may vary by model, configuration and current production arrangement. State whether you need one project machine, a mixed dealer order or repeat supply so the current requirement can be confirmed.
Can different excavator models be combined in one dealer order?
Send the intended model mix, quantity by model, destination and spare-parts plan. Mixed-order feasibility and commercial terms should be confirmed in the current quotation.
What shipping details are needed before quotation?
Provide the destination country and port, preferred Incoterm, quantity and any transport restrictions. Final dimensions and packing should be confirmed for the selected configuration.
